CBT-I for Insomnia

Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia

You don't have to keep living with insomnia.

Just because it's common doesn't mean you have to accept it.

Insomnia symptoms and disorders are extremely common. Sleep loss can affect our memory, emotional regulation, performance at work, and more.

CBT-I is proven to be effective, and it works without the dangerous side effects that can come with sleeping pills.

It is now the first-line treatment recommended for insomnia by the American College of Physicians, the European Sleep Research Society, the Australasian Sleep Association and the Department of Veterans' Affairs.

My seizure was my wake-up call to take my sleep seriously. Thankfully, my neurologist introduced me to CBT-I. Of course, we can't know with %100 certainty what caused my seizure, but chronic sleep deprivation was a major concern for my doctor.

As CBT-I started to work for me, I immediately started training as a clinician. I couldn't keep this treatment to myself! - Lori
